Ramblings from the job queue

Constantly searching for 2 day a week part time jobs that don’t exist is incredibly disheartening. I’ve seen 3 day a week jobs I a) know I can do but don’t have the time for and b) others that I also could do but wouldn’t be considered for as I don’t strictly have the qualifications.

That in itself is a reason to have a few volunteer jobs under your belt; at least you spend a day or two out of the ‘job market’ doing some work that’s appreciated.

Luckily it’s almost time for classes to start (or so my recently depleted bank account tells me – uni fees!) That will be another good distraction from constantly looking for work I suppose…
